Amanda completed her Ph.D. in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology at Colorado State University. There, using advanced microscopy techniques, she studied how viruses effectively commandeer host cells. Her scientific expertise along with her experiences in science policy and science communication give her a unique perspective as a research analyst in oncology.
Amanda received her Ph.D. in Immunology from Harvard University where she studied the role of the immune system in epilepsy. She has additional experience in technology commercialization, business development and venture. Amanda’s valuable implications are derived from her passion and understanding of medical sciences, patient needs and commercial strategy.
Amanda completed her Ph.D. in Biomedical Sciences in the department of Cell Biology, Immunology, and Microbiology at the University of North Texas Health Science Center. Subsequently, she began working as a postdoctoral research scientist at The University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center where she sought to better understand how chromatin influences developmental cell-fate decisions. Amanda leverages her academic research training with additional expertise in scientific communication and clinical study analysis.
Amber completed her Ph.D. in Cell and Developmental Biology at Oregon Health & Science University. During graduate school, she worked in business development and studied biomedical technology commercialization. Her combined passion for science and strategic planning provides her clients with important insights for drug development.
Aric has worked in the Information Technology industry since 1992. His extensive computer science knowledge combined with his detail-oriented personality helps ensure streamlined business processes across the BPrg web delivery platform. Aric is confident and enthusiastic in his ability to provide valuable services across multiple realms for all BPrg clients.
Brittany received her Bachelor of Science degree from Portland State University. She honed project manager skills at Barclays Global Investors followed by 17 years of sales and account management experience in the medical industry, including 13 years of operating her own orthopedic & spine surgical product distributorship. She fosters trust and mutual growth through building strong partnerships with key stakeholders, and prioritizing service and education. She connects ONCrg’s expert analysts to her clients’ needs and provides cutting-edge resources to give them confidence to make critical commercial strategy decisions.
Brooke received her BS in Sociology from Northern Arizona University. Brooke’s 25 years of experience as an entrepreneur including 15 years as a professional cyclist/coach have given her an armament of customer service skills with a goal oriented mindset. Her strong interpersonal skills, business acumen, and forward thinking strategy help her to manage the needs of our clients, ensuring they receive maximum value from their investment. Along with providing guidance to BPrg’s Client Services team, she also leads the ONCrg IO business efforts.
Cara completed her Ph.D. in Molecular Pathology and Immunology at Vanderbilt University. There, she studied how tumors generate an immunosuppressive microenvironment to promote tumor growth. During graduate school, she worked as an intern for a non-profit company generating scientific and medical content in accessible forms for public use. Cara’s scientific expertise and communication experience are just a few of the analytical strengths she contributes to our team.
Carla completed her postdoctoral fellowship at MedImmune/AstraZeneca after receiving her Ph.D. in Tumor Biology at Georgetown University. Her unique background combines experience in drug development and early discovery in pharma with business development, competitive intelligence, and market research in early-stage companies. Carla capitalizes on her industry experience and rigorous scientific training to provide valuable insights to clients.
Elissa received her BA in Communications from Chico State University. She has been a graphic designer for over 30 years. Her career has thrived in both the structure of large advertising agencies as well as the flexible world of freelancing. Elissa is passionate about her work and enjoys creating the best visual communications possible.
Erica received her Master of Science in Polymer Chemistry from the University of Oregon, and has over 15 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry in research, development and manufacturing of oral solid dosage forms and insoluble compounds. Her unique background in analytical chemistry and technical project management combined with client-facing experience brings a keen understanding of the need for providing clients with cutting-edge insights for successful drug development. Erica serves multiple accounts and supports our heme-onc analysts and clients.
Helen brings with her over 20 years of experience in project management, information technology,
social media moderation, and community management to her client services role at ONC-RG, where she facilitates the connection of our products to our subscribers. Her ability to multi-task and think outside the box will be an asset to the team. Never tiring of learning, Helen has returned to school several times throughout her career. She has a certificate in Paralegal Studies and then attended Florida State University with a major in English and a minor in Women’s Studies. Later, she attained a degree in Information Technology from Flathead Valley Community College after realizing her love of project management and network engineering.
Jillian has over 15 years within the field of business to business sales, encompassing the cultivation of new customer relationships. Hands on experience creating strategies for dynamic marketing campaigns, target lead generation, and sales tracking systems. Jillian holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Westminster College.
Kristen received her Ph.D. in Molecular Biology from the University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus, where she studied T cells in animal models of autoimmune disease. She has broad research experience and most recently assisted with the conception and analysis of blood-based biomarker studies at Biodesix in lung cancer and melanoma. Kristen has a unique propensity for scientific and medical content creation, condensing and communicating scientific information into digestible forms and drawing out big-picture implications.
Lisa received her doctorate in Molecular and Cell Biology from the University of California, Berkeley and has contributed content to ONCrg’s strategic, market research reports in a number of disease areas. Lisa serves clients with her strong scientific acumen, analytical aptitude and knowledge gained from her experience in early-stage regulatory consulting and in developing and implementing marketing strategies.
Lynda brings dynamic operations experience across client services, product delivery, data management and human resource platforms. She specializes in integrating and operating systems across business areas within an agile company. Lynda received her Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of California, Riverside.
Megan received her Bachelor of Science from Cornell University and has over 12 years of experience as an oncology clinical research professional. She began working in the high-risk breast cancer clinic at Dana Farber/Harvard Cancer Center. From there she moved on to manage a broad portfolio of oncology trials for St. Charles, a community based health system. She has also worked on the BioPharma side of healthcare providing sales and customer support at Biogen Idec. Megan enjoys connecting clients with ONCrg’s best in class scientific competitive intelligence, from in-depth pipeline strategies reports to medical congress coverage.
Mike has over 20 years of experience consulting with biopharmaceutical and healthcare executives and has developed a deep understanding of competitive intelligence and marketing research needs. This expertise is integral to establishing win-win services that empower our business partners and keeps ONCrg on the cutting edge. Mike holds a Master of Business Administration from Santa Clara University and a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Washington State University.
Nikki received her Ph.D. in Cancer Biology from Stanford University School of Medicine and has been working with CVrg advising and supporting bio-pharmaceutical companies with her expertise in epidemiology, market forecasting, and the integration of primary and secondary research. Nikki co-manages ONCrg and serves clients through her thorough knowledge of oncology, strong scientific/clinical acumen, and command of market research and analytical method.
Patrick received his Ph.D. in Pharmacology from the University of Washington, where he studied signal transduction and identified potential therapeutic targets in inflammatory pathways. Patrick’s training in scientific and medical communication allows him to distill complex therapeutic landscapes into practical insights.
Regina received her Ph.D. in Immunology from Stanford University. There she helped develop novel technologies used in her research, which focused on transcriptional, proteomic, and functional analyses of cytokine secreting plasmacytoid dendritic cells. In addition to strong research, writing and presentation skills, Regina brings a data-driven technical approach to problem solving gained from her undergrad degree at Caltech and masters’ degree from MIT, both in mechanical engineering.
An IT professional since 1997, Rob has worked in Collegiate and Educational sectors focusing on systems administration, hardware and the complex and changing role of technology in human interaction. Rob is focused on helping make security and the share of information work the best way that it can for BPrg’s clients and employees.
Robert received his Ph.D. in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Colorado State University. There he studied tissue-specific gene regulatory networks with a combination of wet lab and bioinformatics techniques in the C. elegans intestine. Robert’s training in molecular biology, passion for immunology and oncology, and ability to communicate complex ideas are some of the key strengths contributing to his analytical capabilities.
Sarah received her Ph.D. in Chemical and Systems Biology at Stanford. Her unique background encompasses multiple areas of drug development, from preclinical oncology research at Pfizer to drug repurposing at Stanford’s School of Medicine. Her breadth of experience enables her to provide her clients with incisive drug landscape analyses and key insights.
Stacey received her Ph.D. in Pharmacology from the University of Washington, where she studied mitochondrial signaling in metastatic breast cancer. Her professional background bridges cancer research and science communication – experience that enables her to evaluate complex therapeutic areas and extract key developments, providing her clients with valuable insight.
Stacey received her Ph.D. in Cancer Biology from Stanford University Medical School and a B.A. in Microbiology from University of California, Santa Barbara. Since then, she has consulted for biopharmaceutical companies worldwide and directed research efforts at CVrg, a company she co-founded in 2004. Stacey’s deep understanding of oncology, strong analytical aptitude, insight into scientific, clinical and commercial issues, and proven business success are valuable assets behind co-managing ONCrg’s research activities.
Tina received her PharmD and masters in Healthcare Decision Analysis from the University of Southern California, where she underwent clinical training and obtained experiences in both outpatient and inpatient settings. She also has experience as an extern and consultant for several biotech companies, including Amgen and Kite Pharma. Tina’s clinical training coupled with her industry experience enables her to assess scientific and commercial developments to generate actionable insights for clients.
